roofbb gives locally
We are a philanthropic group dedicated to helping those in our community who need financial assistance or support. Since our inception in April 1994, we have donated over $360,000 to local schools, groups, charities, organizations, and neighbors within our community.
ROOFBB divides its giving into three main 'buckets':
Neighbors in Need, Community Projects & Local Schools
PEOPLE
ROOFBB offers financial support to Groveland area locals facing unforeseen challenges. Fund requests may cover expenses such as utility bills, vehicle repairs, funeral expenses, medical expenses and the like.
COMMUNITY
ROOFBB aids in funding community related expenses. For example we donated the cost of the new sod for Groveland's Baseball Field repairs and provided scholarships to kids for Groveland's first Bot Wars event in 2022. We also contribute to our local library and museum.
SCHOOLS
ROOFBB gladly provides financial relief to our local schools in the Groveland-Big Oak Flat School District, providing aid to school funding and services to the kids that otherwise may not be met. Examples include supporting field trips, replacing PE equipment and the big one, giving scholarships to Seniors to continue their education.
